« When we arrived we were told they were overbooked. There was no room for us. They said Expedia booked customers were overbooked. Several hotels in the area were full. we had no where to stay. Expedia owes me a re fund and I will never use Expedia nor this Hotel chain again! »

« Check-in into hotel was at 4:00 PM and still at 7:00 PM rooms were not ready for us and several others. We had to be somewhere at 7:45 PM and finally got our rooms at 7:15 PM and had to quickly get ready and we were all rushed to be ready so we could make our dinner reservation. We had 3 rooms and all had to wait. If we didn't push that we needed a room otherwise we were getting ready in the public bathroom. Disappointing and only offered 2 breakfast vouchers for 7 people. »

« I had booked 5 nights through Expedia. On the way the hotel the first night, I found out I would have to return to St. Louis a day early. The hotel refused to refund me the final night even though it was 5 nights away. That is terrible customer service and I will never stay at this hotel chain again. »

« The property is clean and well maintained. Housekeeping services were outlined well. Light cleaning occured daily with fresh towels if desired. We did not take advantage of the pool. The breakfast selection was pretty standard for included fare. We took advantage of the waffle maker, yougurt and fruits that were available. The property is located within minutes of downtown and various attractions. There is a set of train tracks behind the building with a sound dampening wall. We only heard one...
