The day of check in I received a call from property manager that a long term renter had moved out and left roaches She stated that they got the exterminator out and the property was treated. She insuated that the issue was resolved. Did not offer for me to cancel and get a refund Checked in left our stuff to go to wedding rehearsal and came back to roaches everywhere!! On the bed, the ceiling, the walls, the kitchen table and the fridge. Contacted property manager and immediately booked a hotel room. I asked for a full refund since the property was not livable in that condition. I was told to send pictures so that they can "review" as if I would make this up and that they didn't already know they had a roach infestation. I am still waiting on someone to get back to me regarding my refund. This place should come off of all rental sites until they completely fix this issue. Séjour de 3 nuits en mai 2023 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Sara Voyage en famille, Voyage en groupe 21 avr. 2023 Points forts : Propreté, commodités et état et installations de l’hébergement.
