Southern Belle is located in the heart of Downtown Lexington! Enjoy our 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment that has been recently renovated. This historic home built is in 1850 is located within walking distance to Rupp Arena, UK, The City Center, & so much more! This unit is located on the first floor equipped with all the modern-day amenities a guest could desire. Guests will live like a true Lexingtonian and will be conveniently located for all their stay needs.

Guests have access to the entire apartment, backyard, & Garage.

Location, Location, Location is where you will find this adorable historic triplex! Southern Belle is a vacation rental nestled in the heart of Downtown Lexington. Whether in town for a sporting event, horse racing, a show at Rupp Arena, work trip, Bourbon Trail, wedding, or just an incredible weekend getaway, this home offers a 5-Star experience every guest will enjoy. Guests are only moments to campus/downtown and conveniently located to be only a short commute to all of Lexington.

Guests will be dazzled by this charming unit. Featuring traditional furnishings and modern-day amenities, this single-story apartment has character and style throughout. We can't even begin to describe the amount of natural light, homey feel and comfort this property possess. Featuring WiFi, guests will also enjoy a Roku TV in each bedroom where they can access tehri favorite streaming channels with their personal login.

The house is setup as follows: Upon entering, guests will be greeted by our dining area overlooking the backyard. Continue your way to our newly renovated kitchen that houses all the necessities for you to use for either a short or long stay.

Off the kitchen is a large room that we have converted to a bedroom with 2 twin beds, tv, wardrobe, & black out curtains to block any light and provide privacy. (Note, this bedroom does not have a door)

As you walk down the hall from the kitchen you will find a large bathroom & closet with stackable washer & dryer.

Off the hallway is a spacious living room that overlooks the backyard.

Continue your way to the back of the apartment guests will find two private bedrooms.

Note: The King bedroom also provides access to the garage. We offer two parking spaces ONLY. Please note our driveway is VERY Tight. Larger SUV's or Trucks may not be able to easily access

We loved our stay here. We are from lexington and had our cousins come in to town to enjoy a kid free night. The beds were comfy. The house was clean and the property was in walking distance to everything we wanted to do.

Music Festival retreat

We were in town for the Railbird festival. This place suited our needs perfectly. The weather was perfect for us to enjoy our morning coffee on the patio and watch the squirrels play in the backyard.

Perfection

I went to lexington with my friend to see Matt Rife at Ruff Stadium. The house is within walking distance, which was really nice. The house itself was cute. It had 3 bedrooms but one of the bedrooms was really odd. It did not have a door, just curtains. However, it didn't really matter because there ended only being 2 of us that went. The king size bed was super comfortable and the living room was nice sized. They weren't lying about the driveway being super narrow. I drive a Chevy Equinox and I was super nervous about getting down the driveway. Getting in was super easy and there was a little welcome area with gingerale, popcorn and hot chocolate which i thought was very sweet. In the living room they have a book for the guests of local attractions and places to eat at which was nice. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again

Great Location!

Location was great. Walking distance to campus and downtown. The apartment is charming. The third bedroom is a little odd with a non-latching door with a padlock on it separating this unit from another. You can hear everything in the adjacent unit. And no door between this bedroom and the kitchen. Enjoyed the rest of the space. It was perfect for our stay. The coffee bar was really nice.
