Located 5 minutes away from downtown, you’ll be close to everything but far enough to enjoy a relaxing trip. Our property is located just a few blocks from the Water Tower Pub, you would be able to walk to the bar & enjoy a few drinks! If you like donuts there is a cute, local donut shop right at the end of the street! \- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors\` way! \- All furniture must be put back where it is found! \- No Shoes on while inside the home \- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM \- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!) \- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure. \- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage \- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. The hot tub is a nice touch and although its not covered and there's neighbors, it still felt pretty private/relaxing. If you like coffee/tea I highly recommend Lexington Coffee Co and for a good burger and/or good fish and chips, Lakeport Tavern is a must-their service was awesome too!! There’s not a ton to do in Lexington, just a few good restaurants and cute shops, but if you’re looking for chill vibes and days at the beach it’s the perfect getaway. Only reco for the host is to add “Black Out Curtains” in the room, and living room.
