Cute and comfortable
This property was comfortable and affordable! The property owner was diligent and easy to communicate with. I was unfortunately unable to see the check in information through the VRBO app though the property owner offered assistance that went above and beyond. We will absolutely be staying here again the next time we are in Lexington.

Charming Carriage house
Had a great stay. The carriage house was so charming. Just what we needed, something simple, yet had some kitchen stuff in case we needed it. The mattress was terrific, and we slept so well each night. Cute neighborhood, and Larry and Shirley were super nice! Would definitely stay again!! If you do stay here, it’s a tighter driveway and parking so would not take a large vehicle like a truck.

Very clean and welcoming. It is perfect for 1 or 2 people. Property was perfect for what we needed. We were in town for the UK football game and was able to walk to the stadium. 30-40 minutes at most. The driveway and parking area is very narrow and tight. A smaller vehicle is recommended. Other than that, perfect!

Absolutely Wonderful!
Shirley was great! Quickly answered several questions before I booked and after booking. The place was perfect for the 2 of us. It was homey, comfortable, clean, everything you need was thought of and then some. Tastefully decorated. Small garden with chairs, wonderful historic neighborhood, quiet, and relaxing. Loved it! Would very highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Thank you so much!

Good location
Very nice studio apartment well supplied with all your needs. The bed was comfortable and we also like the big recliner. Only a few blocks to the bus stop and the buses can get you easily around town. We walked to the Blue Door Smokehouse and highly recommend it if you like BBQ. We stayed for five days and had a great time exploring the Lexington area.

Country peace and privacy a few minutes from downtown
Shirley and Larry put a lot of care and thought into this property. It is an upstairs apartment over a garage, but we never heard a peep from the garage door, neighbors or the 3 lovely chicks downstairs. The apartment had everything we needed for prepping simple meals. The ground coffee, stove top and oven were especially appreciated. We enjoyed walking to the nearby farmer's market and bakeries for lunch. You won't have to deal with the annoyances of hotels like noisy hallways, guests and parking lots. If you are into local history, they've provided a nice section in their Welcome book about the history of the neighborhood and Carriage House. We look forward to another stay in the future. Kate
