First time staying with a Quality Inn hotel and I was impressed. The manager Adam was awesome and a great help . The entire staff was friendly including the woman during breakfast who worked that area . The indoor pool was clean and nice . The rooms were clean and bed comfortable.Plenty of stores for shopping and gas stations in the area . I would definitely stay here again !

Loved the property and especially the staff. The rooms could use some upgrades, like newer furniture, larger televisions, repainting and more thorough cleaning.

Definitely not the nicest hotel I have stayed in. The comforter had a big hole in it and the stuffing was coming out on the one bed. The headboard had drip marks that had dried. I did bring this to the front desk attention and she made me feel a bit better that she was certain it was from a spray cleaner that never got wiped off. The sink and shower drains had buildup that just need scrubbed. The pool was very very gross and dirty. Right above the water line you can see grime and dirt and people have literally scratched their namesake other words in it. I would say the area seemed a bit rowdy and seemed like a lot of locals came there to stay/party. I’m not totally dogging this hotel because I have stayed in worse and well we survived but there are many things they could do to make it better. I would not recommend in general if you can find a different hotel. But at the end of our stay when I brought up issues the lady did seem to care and apologized and said she would look into things.

Free breakfast and WiFi...pool was nice and desk staff was very nice and helpful. The only negatives...two burn holes in bed spread, pillows aren't much and had to pick up extra towels/wash clothes at the front desk.

This was our 2nd time here. We always stop here on our way home from Florida. Very nice and clean good breakfast friendly staff and love the pool.

The owner tried to break into my room. Because I had a latch on the door she used a jimmy. I threatened to file a police report & the staff made a snarky remark @ no cameras so they would like to see me try. Nice hotel but I left for safety reasons

I am sorry to hear about your experience at our property. Due to a Housekeeping Reporting error with Choice Hotels, your room was marked Vacant Clean. Our owner was checking rooms and thought the door latch had accidentally gotten stuck. When no one responded when she knocked and tried opening the door, she assumed the room was empty. This was an honest mistake due to reporting errors. I apologize if it made you feel unsafe.

The deadbolt on the door did not lock and the room had a weird smell initially but everything else was fine. I stay here often when I come to town and it’s usually ok.

Some people hanging outside tried to call me over to their car when i was going to check in. A bit unnerving. Told the front desk and didnt seemed to concerned. I was expecting a $50 deposit , not a $200. I had to change all my money plans. The wifi hardly worked too. The room itself was good.

Very "sketchy" feeling, claimed to be re-done and definitely has not been. Our room outlets rarely worked, no tv remote, wood around AC was broken off, and our door never wanted to shut and when did had to be slammed. Staff was AMAZING and worked well with us but building itself was not great.

Roads were not clear of ice. There has been a main water line burst in the lobby and there’s loud fans blowing and the lobby looks terrible. They advertised continental breakfast but served brown paper bags with a couple things in them. The yogurt was old. The rooms are not like the pictures. But the bed was comfortable. And the pool was cold but not crowded.

Quite hotel, near very many options for food and shopping. Easy on/off the interstate However, due to the weather there was a water main break and the set the sprinkler alarms off about 10:30 pm. We were able to go back to our rooms after the alarm was silenced because the water damage was in another part of the property ton our room. I know this was not the fault of the propert, it was an inconvenience, but it didn’t ruin the trip. Hotel staff excellent under the circumstances.

Dallas at the front desk was wonderful. He was so helpful and polite. He took the time to tell us about local restaurants and diners place was clean. Pool was great.
