This house was a great place for our 4 couples to stay on our Keeneland trip. This is our 3rd year of meeting someplace that has a track and this is hands down the best house we’ve stayed in. The house was very clean, well stocked (including plenty of bath towels) with a great floor plan and location. We loved having the donkeys and horse in the “backyard”. Rebecca provided a lot of nice touches to make our stay more enjoyable and always was quick to respond to any communications. Rebecca, our host, was gracious and welcoming. Her accommodations were amazing. The property is located in a beautiful area and is a country estate. The 5 bedroom/5 bath house was perfect for our group of 10\. All the rooms, bathrooms, and living areas were exceptionally clean. As with most get-togethers, we tend to gather in the kitchen, which was ideal. It was spacious and extremely well equipped. The home and property are beautiful with many sitting areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, patios even a pasture out back with donkeys, which we fed carrots & apples every day! Had a family reunion scheduled elsewhere and they canceled the night before with no explanation. Nicely equipped with all the amenities, plenty of privacy but also plenty of gathering space. The view is breathtaking! This property is phenomenal! Spotless and beautiful throughout. Becky is super sweet and supplied so many things from toilet paper to snacks, which most home owners don’t, to make our trip outstanding. She even supplies firewood. Mini donkeys and a horse to feed and pet added to the vacation too. We’ve rented a lot of vacation homes over the years, but this one in the BEST ever!!
