It is centrally located to several distilleries, and is conveniently located to several restaurants. A couple of minor adjustments would make this place almost perfect. The water pressure in the shower is not good, my wife has long hair, and struggled to get all the shampoo rinsed out. The key box outside the location is a little frustrating, it would be so much easier to just have a key pad on both doors. We reccommend this location, and would stay there again. ##### Erin K. We were alittle confused finding the door, we didn't realize the unit was named Neutral Ground. Once we figured it out. Wow...it was even better than the pictures showed. Super comfortable, had everything you need and more. It was nice to walk around the cute town, have dinner, stop in the Bourbon Library for a cocktail, then walk back to our room. Furniture and bed extremely comfortable, water pressure excellent, kitchen has everything you need. Located right downtown with cafes, bars, and everything you need within one block. Short drives to Buffalo Trace, Castle Key, and Woodford distilleries, just 30 mins to Lexington or Louisville destinations. Ben was fantastic!! Met us at check in, at midnight, in a driving rainstorm. Thank goodness since the initial entry to the property required a key from a lockbox that wasn’t immediately obvious. It was on the side street and you had to go down a couple of doors which were not numbered. For some reason we did not have check-in instructions, likely because we booked with Vrbo as opposed to a different service. The host responded quickly to our text and walked us through the steps of how to get in. We loved that there was a full kitchen with a giant fridge so we did not have to eat out every day, even though we did :) there was some sort of festival in town, so there was noise from the street, but it was nothing crazy. We liked the location so that we could hit up Buffalo trace every morning for whatever their release was, plus there is easy access to get to the highways. The VRBO boasts a chic New York building vibe, blending fresh, modern touches with timeless elegance. Everything is brand new and beautifully designed, making for a truly luxurious experience. Although parking isn't included, the nearby lot is only $5 per night. For our 4-night stay, it was a bargain at $22, plus we enjoyed free street parking from 5 pm to 8 am on weekdays. The host was amazing—super respectful and always quick to respond. Pro tip: use phone or text for the best communication, as the VRBO app can be a bit glitchy. The location couldn't be better! It's right next to a fantastic bar stocked with all the bourbon you could ever want. If you're looking to embark on the Bourbon Trail, this is the perfect starting point. The town itself is a delightful discovery. Don't hesitate—book your stay here and get ready for an unforgettable adventure! Cheers! ##### Fred B.
