You will love this area and may be the closest STR to Keeneland and Bluegrass Airport! Located in the quiet neighborhood off Harrodsburg Rd/Man O War. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping centers, and 15 minutes to downtown. 3-bedroom, 2-full bath home features an open floor plan, 9' ceilings, formal dining room w/ lots of natural light, spacious vaulted great room, luxury vinyl plank flooring, stainless and granite kitchen open to the family room, generous sized bedrooms, gas grill. Parking in driveway or on street. RENTER understands and accepts that the property is protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property from potential break-ins and theft. We have one or two cameras on the side of the house in the carport which all record video and audio. All devices are on the exterior of the property. The Owners are licensed Realtors in the State of Kentucky & Florida. No smoking or vaping indoors. No parties loud music or events. No open flame candles. All cooking oil discarded in trash. NO PETS Please only use toilet paper. It's close to everything (airport, grocery store, University of Kentucky) and located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Owner was an excellent communicator and ensured that we had all that we needed. Love the floorplan of the home which provided enough space for togetherness and also allowed us to enjoy individual R&R. And the private backyard was beautiful! We enjoyed our morning coffee outside watching the cardinals fly by and the bunnies hop through the grass. Would definitely stay here again (and even offered to buy the place!) The owner thought about details for our stay with convenient add ins that made it a pleasure to be here. Very clean, well decorated and gorgeous home. The owner came through to help on things we needed in record time and with care and we cannot thank them enough. The location is close to everything while still being in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. Backyard is private with a grill which was also very nice.
