It has a great walk-in shower, beautiful kitchen,and a comfortable king bed. The location is convenient. It's in a neighborhood of mostly college students but they were on summer break while we were there and it was peaceful. There's a counter for eating, but no table and chairs. There is only one entrance/exit and the windows are painted shut so egress in an emergency could be an issue. Instructions for the HVAC thermostat would be helpful.
