Seth’s house proved to be a perfect spot for us. The house was plenty roomy for four couples and a great central location. The house was definitely the nicest one in the neighborhood, but we felt safe. We enjoyed the outdoor area and grilled one night. The kitchen was well equipped. We had 5 couples come to visit our UK student and spend the day at Keeneland The house is a perfect layout for hanging with friends. My family, children and grandchildren had a most wonderful stay at this very clean and nicely decorated home. Everyone, ages 3 to 70, were pleased with the accommodations. We enjoyed the numerous bed options as we had plenty of separate bedrooms to accommodate our group. Everything was very updated and functional, nice bathrooms and kitchen. We loved the big kitchen and open dining/living area so we could all be together to eat, play cards, and have conversation (without missing the UK games on TV). They were good to work with. Only issue we had while there was... i got a text from them saying that they were made aware of elevated noise at our rental. Later to be told there was a decible meter that sent the notification. My best guess is that our screaming children set it off inside the front window. Other than that we had a nice stay.
