User friendly kitchen with microwave, coffee pot, utensils, pots, pans and dishes for your cooking needs. Spacious eating area with a second expansion table. Three bedrooms available #1 single size bunk bed, #2 full size bunk beds and #3 Master Bedroom with kingsize bed. Bathroom with tiled shower. Also, refreshing outdoor private shower with boardwalk. Brick patio with table and gas grill on 600 ft deep lot. Lots of room for outdoor games croquet, basketball, soccer and much more. True Waterfront!
This house in on the water, with a private beach. Sit on the patio and hear the waves and watch the boats go by. Very nice! The home has a large kitchen that is very well stocked. Clean house, Good location, quiet neighbors. The host is very responsive and friendly.

Very nice place !!
My girlfriend and I we had a very nice stay , the weather for 2 of our days was very hot and just right to sit by the water , But Sat was really windy and chilly, but we live in Mich. LOL!! LOL!! needs some updating !! But would rent this place again !!

Great Getaway!
We've stayed at the property 3 times and look forward to it every year. The owner also recently replaced some things in the home and it was a welcomed change. The seawall was also repaired and the kids had a great time on the beach. We look forward to returning next year! The only downside was there was no cookie sheet (lol) so I bought one and left it there for future renters!

Loved our weekend at Blue Skies!
This was a Sister's vacation - 3 of us stayed at the cottage and one came up from Detroit for a day. We were all blown away by the view, the sunrises, the comfort. The cottage has lots of room for sleeping, talking, eating, hanging out. We spent one day in our pj's out back until noon! The cottage is from, I'm guessing the 60's. Could it be updated? Sure, but it was just fine for us. If you're expecting something out of House Beautiful (showing our age) this isn't for you, go look somewhere else - and pay for it. We stayed 3 nights and besides making sandwiches one day we drove into town for take out for the rest of our meals. No shortage of good food in Lexington! Diane called me a couple weeks before our visit to make sure we were clear on everything. Instructions for just about everything were written and placed around the cottage, so there was no confusion about what was expected of us. If we decide to vacation on Lake Huron again, we'll come back here. We heartily recommend staying at this cottage!
