One of Kentucky Local Rentals prized properties, JW’s Loft. Beautifully remodeled duplex home built in 1914 with Equestrian Motif is the perfect atmosphere for your Lexington stay. Located in one of Lexington's most desirable and stylish neighborhoods, Mentelle Park, and adjacent to Chevy Chase and Kenwick. Enjoy Lexington like a local in this quaint spot near downtown, UK campus, Kroger Field, Keeneland, Rupp Arena, and a short drive to the Kentucky Horse Park.  
  
JW’s Loft is a 2 level, 1 bedroom with loft, 1 full bath property with room for 4 people to sleep comfortably. The split level floor plan offers a large kitchen, breakfast nook, full bathroom, Washer, Dyer and large Living Room on the first floor. The second floor offers a spacious loft with 2 Twin beds and a closed queen sized bedroom with large guest closet.  
  
Wonderful covered front porch, large back deck with grill and spacious back yard offer tons of outdoor entertaining. Picket fence enclosure is perfect for letting your pet off the leash to run around.Off street parking for 1 vehicle is provided behind the house. Plenty of street parking in front of the property. Kathy’s Place is ideal for UK sporting events, Keeneland Races, Horse Park Eventing, and Lexington's Town Branch is on the Official Bourbon Trail.  
  
Owners and Property Manager live nearby and are readily available. Kentucky Local Rentals hosts multiple vacation rentals in the greater Lexington area and are ready to give you a Kentucky Experience you wont forget. If you have larger parties, do inquire about our other properties within the area! We thank you for considering our home! Extended stay is available.  
  
The neighborhood surrounding JW’s Loft is absolutely lovely and very community and locally driven. Walking around the area is inspiring; the architecture and preservation is beautiful! Located a block from Ashland: Henry Clay's Estate which was established in 1811 and is a beautiful preserve of historic property and nature. Tons of shopping, restaurants and bars in Chevy Chase, Downtown and the Warehouse Block. Grocery, liquor store, drug store all within a mile. Lextran picks up nearby and has frequent scheduled runs to downtown and Keeneland Race Track. Location is about an $8 Uber/Lyft to downtown/Rupp Arena.

A pet fee of $150 for one pet and $200 for 2 pets are required at check in. Pet Fee will be added at the time of booking. This is a short term rental so please make arrangement for your mail or set up a PO Box. We can't be responsible for mail delivery. Any mail or packages that arrived after your stay will be marked "return to sender".
