Nice staff. We stayed on the 3rd floor. Room was clean but worn and out dated. In room coffee was not the best. Breakfast was so so. Bed was very comfortable.

My room had a foul smell, I could not sleep well the first night, I reported it at the front desk, later when I went back the room smelled better, but my luggage was missing, I went again to the front desk, and they had my luggage there and told me that they took it out because the chemicals they sprayed in the room, I ask if it was safe for me to be there, they assured me that is was O.K. In the room, while I was working on my computer a STINK BUG fell on. I did not smash it because of the smell it produces, I think the smell the day before was due to the STINK BUGS, at this point when I flushed it the toilet started to overflow, I was not the only guess that had problems with the toilet. any way it was not a very good experience, and I sincerely hope that I can have a partial refund. Thank you

Most important to me, it was quiet and had a comfortable bed and pillows. Small things were annoying: no instructions or channel list for very small tv; refrigerator had no freezer compartment, but it froze some of my drinks, no microwave; old makeup smear on the edge of the sink. Because I stayed 2 days, I was put in the “extended stay” wing separate from the main hotel so I had to go outside and across the parking lot for breakfast and to get my keys reprogrammed twice. Outlets were not conveniently located and some didn’t work.

Judith, I am sorry to hear of the issues you had with your stay with us. We do not have any microwaves in the rooms we do provide one in the breakfast area. Quality does not have an extended stay wing, I'm sorry. All rooms have access to the lobby from the inside. We did have issues with our kep programmer this past week I am so sorry for this, we hope you give us another try so we can make things right

The room was clean, and roomy. Beds were very comfortable. Continental breakfast was well managed though mostly grab and go type items. Personal made the waffles which did ensure neatness and proper cooking--good idea! Only negative was the hallways were frigid!

Property was run down and room was not clean. Carpet in the room had stains on it and was frayed. Bathroom was dirty as well. Turned back the bed and there was crusty food stuck to the sheets. Called the front desk and they put us on hold for 5 minutes, hung up and called again no answer. Went down stairs to the desk only to find the desk clerk was in a private phone call that she continued while helping us. Looked to go to another hotel but couldn’t find one with a vacancy at that time of night. Never again will I stay in a cheaper hotel.

We stay here every year during Keeneland races. David was wonderful. All the staff is so nice. They really put the customer first!! So friendly!!!

The rooms were not properly cleaned. The hotel had a very polished turd feel. The pillows smelled funny, there was hairs on the bathroom floor, the wall ac/heater was not effective and remained on and dry and stinky or freezing cold and off. For the price this place was decent as we were passing through but it doesn’t live up to its reviews.

There were people camped out on the side of hotel living there with solar panels on their vehicles - so you know they were there for the long haul - older buses with doors opened - just safely unsafe. They told us breakfast was 6:30-9:30 - at 8:45 they started shutting down. No eggs, or protein of any sort although they did have overcooked waffles. Saddest breakfast I ever saw. We had to find other food off property. Entrance to the 2nd floor in the front closer to the busses was really dirty and when we went into it to go upstairs and all you could smell was Pot. Heard young people on 2nd floor after we went to bed that kept us up. I would not book there again. Not up to your usual standard of Quality Inn. Only one cart to get your luggage to and from room. We ended up doing in two trips. Not very accommodating for seniors.

Yvette, thank you for your feedback. Our breakfast hours are as stated 6:30-9:30 during the week, I apologize for the issues you had. I have spoken to the staff member, and this will not be an issue again. We do not serve eggs or mean or any other hot food since we do not carry a hot breakfast, we have brand standard continental breakfast. I have also discussed the other issues you mentioned to staff to ensure cleanliness of the property.We apologize for the issues you had with other guests, we do prohibit smoking in our facility, unfortunately not all guests follow the rules although we enforce strict policies to try to eliminate this issue.Again, we truly apologize and appreciate this feedback and we are working very hard to ensure all guests are accommodated and happy with their stay with us.

Very convenient and well priced. Clean rooms, right off the highway, restaurant and gas station on the same street, not a great breakfast as no hot items but coffee and tea were both good.

There is no reason for a 600$ deposit and locals can’t stay there . That should be on the website !!!!

This deposit is too I'm sure there are no damages or smoking in the rooms and is 100% refundable as long as there is no damages to the room and no smoking in the room.

We had to wait awhile in a line at check in because the attendant was not there. When she did arrive she wasn’t very friendly. Our room was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was average but not bad. For the price, it was a good stay.

I'm sorry for the wait at check-in. From time to time they have to step away from the desk to tend to other guest issues. She is usually very nice but she may have rushed the process to get the line of people checked in. We are looking to add a second person due to business increasing for the season. I happy to see that you enjoyed the room.
