This home is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood and features a private 2nd floor porch off the master suite to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. You can unwind on the back patio while sitting on the porch swing or grilling on the gas grill. I also had trouble with my payment at the beginning and he was very patient as I got that sorted out. The house was clean, beds were very comfortable, there was not a single thing to complain about! My girlfriends and I stayed at Scott’s house for Keeneland opening day and to celebrate a bachelorette. The house was exactly as pictured and we had a perfect stay. Scott left snacks, a wonderful bottle of wine, and beer in the fridge for us upon approval. At one point, our hot water wasn’t working and I contacted Scott about it and he was at the house within 30 minutes to fix it. Not only did he fix it, but he left us a sweet note and betting money for the races to make up for the slight inconvenience.
