Walking distance to Downtown Frankfort & only a 7-mile drive to Buffalo Trace and 15 minutes to Castle & Key Distillery. Guests can even walk to Rebecca Ruth Candy or Andy's Bakery! Professionally managed by Kentucky Life Property Management, our team is readily available for any guest needs. we have curated an automated experience, but are only a message or phone call away if our guests are in need. Located in historic Downtown Frankfort, we are a diverse neighborhood with historic homes, rentals, local businesses, and the State Capitol. Guests are able to easily able to park and walk. Guests will have full access to this single family home. STAY Capitol Walk has plenty of room for your friends & family to gather while visiting historic Frankfort, Kentucky! This historic home has a traditional layout, please refer to our layout in our photos. Our home has a private living room, newly renovated kitchen, 3 private bedrooms, & a spacious back yard, you will have no problem finding somewhere to spend your time together or alone while staying with us. Our first bedroom Features a Queen sized bed along with a jack and jill bathroom that goes to our 3rd bedroom with a daybed and twin trundle. Our second bedroom resides in the rear of the house with and en-suite. EAT Our dining table is located in the front foyer area and sits 4 to 6 guests comfortably. Our kitchen is well equipped with any cooking utensils you may need to prepare your favorite dishes. You can enjoy cooking in our newly renovated kitchen with granite counters and NEW stainless appliances your meals at our 4 person kitchen table. SLEEP This charming home has 3 bedrooms with 4 beds. The primary bedroom offers a queen bed with ensuite, dual vanities & tub/shower combo, the second bedroom has a queen bed, & the third bedroom has a daybed with a trundle. We do provide all linens for beds and a set of towels per guests. The two bedrooms do share a Jack & Jill style bathroom with walk-in shower. Guests are also able to use the powder bath in the hall. If there are any services you need ore recommendations on how to Live Like A Local, our team is readily available to assist with all ways in making your STAY Special! It is best for guests to have a personal vehicle to get around Frankfort & Central Kentucky! You will access this home with a code that is generated just for you. Wonderful set up for privacy for two couples or more. Enough seating for everyone and a great what to do book for the area and house. The only down side is that it is street parking. But the area was safe and we only had to walk a few houses down. When loading up you can pull into the alley next to the house. A good house for someone who does not want stairs.
