The room was dirty, cobwebs in the bathroom, burns in the blanket, the tv stand doors fell off if touched. Front desk staff was nice but the male housekeeper cat-called my 2 under 10 yr old boys. So don't take your kids there if he is still working there. Only male housekeeper i saw on the property. Spoke with the front desk staff about that housekeeper and contacted Wyndham directly but I could tell from the email from the property itself that nothing will be done in regards to the housekeeper. Will not be staying there again.

Beds were hard. Room was dusty . Said they remodeled but a new floor and sink all as done. Bathtub had dirt in the surround. Ceiling had chipped paint along with the doors. 1 star at best

Hotels in Frankfort are priced high, so this one gives good value compared to what others are charging. Nothing too fancy, but owners have made some nice updates to an obviously older hotel and the rooms were nice and clean.

No such thing as any breakfast. Only had coffee 😞 only a couple other rooms rented for the night all were right next to each other. Really enjoyed the smokers next door at 5:30 am hacking smoking outside the room

Shady and not worth the price
The lady at the help desk was very nice. The first room we were assigned was not cleaned by housekeeping. Opened the door and it looked like people were occupying it. Beds a mess. Garbage and food everywhere. The second room we were assigned didn't have toilet paper or bath towels. Bathroom door didn't close because there was no latch in the frame for it to catch. For the $90 I could have gotten a hot meal included. They say breakfast on the site but there is none.

The mattresses were extremely used and offered little back support. Bathroom had exposed, broken tiles, tub extremely worn. Told that breakfast was from 7am to 9 am. The lobby was locked up tight when we arrived for breakfast at 7:05 am and no one was around. Another guest came to try the door again as we were leaving to get breakfast elsewhere. Not the best start to our day of travel.

Not so good hotel
The hotel is very dated. The room was clean but did not smell very clean as it was musty. The neighbors were loud. The breakfast was not very good at all

Worst hotel experience. Rooms were smelly. TV didn’t work. But, worst of all, did not feel safe. There were many people in parking lot outside door, smoking weed, drinking and making noise. Hotel staff seemed to act as if this was a normal Friday night. We left hotel just two or three hours after checking in as we did not feel safe Expedia no help at all. Do not stay here.

WARNING! DANGEROUS PROPERTY!! Drug use on the property, filthy, dark alley emtrance to 1st floor rooms. Disgusting accommodations. Management refused to reimburse us after seeing the terrifying conditions amd were unable to stay with my 80 year old mother out of fear.
