I knew from the photos that it looked like a nice property, but when we arrived, we were truly amazed at just how beautiful, clean, and meticulously maintained it is. The pictures simply do not do it justice.Every detail has been thoughtfully considered and perfectly executed. Mark has clearly put a lot of care into making sure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. The décor is tasteful and elegant, and the backyard is absolutely charming—complete with a lovely fire pit, barbecue area, and cozy string lights.We were in town for my daughter’s wedding, and our group stayed in several different places. This property was by far the nicest—better even than the high-end resort where we had additional rooms. We also had a special request during our stay, and Mark accommodated it graciously and promptly.I personally can’t wait to come back for a fun weekend getaway. My family of 5 spent 4 nights in this home and I cannot say enough great things about it!! The house itself is beautiful--the pictures do not do it justice. It has been completely remodeled and no detail was missed. Both bathrooms are beautiful and have thick, wonderful towels, a hair dryer and a starter set of toiletries. All three bedrooms are beautifully decorated, have very comfortable beds, great bedding and tv's. The living room has plenty of places to sit and a great tv with surround sound. The outdoor area is private and so relaxing. The fire pit, string lights and grilling area were a favorite for us. The kitchen in this home is the star though. Not only is it beautiful, it is the most well stocked kitchen you will find in any vacation rental. The owners really thought of everything that you will need! There was a full assortment of spices, cooking spray, aluminum foil, parchment paper, several kinds of coffee, coffee syrups, creamers, sugar and the list goes on and on. I was super impressed! The kitchen also has a huge island with seating for 8 people. We really enjoyed the location as it was in walking distance of downtown Georgetown and its cute shops, about a 20-25 minute drive to Lexington for our visit to Rupp Arena, and just over an hour to Louisville. Last, but probably most important to me, the communication with our host Mark was exceptional. Mark was super responsive, checked on us periodically and gave great local recommendations. ##### Ashley T.
