The 1930's brick building has been stylishly renovated and historically preserved. This studio apartment has a full-sized bed with fluffy linens, blackout curtains and sound-insulated door for your comfort. The carefully restored Art Deco bathroom is stocked with hotel-quality towels. The freshly remodeled kitchen has cooking essentials to help you feel at home. We are owner-managed with pride. This 1930's era brick building has been stylishly renovated with an eye to historic preservation. It houses ten well-appointed monthly rental units that are perfect for legislators, government contractors, digital nomads, those on temporary assignment and true lovers of the bourbon trail. Distiller's Guest House is your home from home. This one-bedroom apartment features a full-sized bed with fluffy linens. The art-deco style bathroom is stocked with hotel-quality towels. The freshly remodeled kitchen has all of the essentials you need to feel at home. If you are booking for a larger family or friend group, consider renting neighboring units in our building.
