The living room offers plenty of natural sunlight, a sofa, a cozy fireplace and tv table with fireplace, a dining table, full kitchen with all basic amenities and a 65' Samsung Smart TV. Great Place for a vacation stay! Close to Cincinnati downtown, The Ark Encounter and Newport Aquarium and zoo. Surveillance Device Disclosure: We have video security cameras at the main and garage entrance. NO SMOKING. NO PETS ALLOWED. Guest access The house has three bedrooms, however, the guest can access only the master bedroom with a king-size bed and another bedroom with a full bed. One bathroom is attached to the master bedroom and one bathroom is outside. Other things to note A guest has access to the deck and can park their car in the garage.
