It is within a mile of St. Joseph’s Hospital, LCSC, the Lewiston Center Mall and the walking trail along the Snake and Clearwater rivers. Lewiston borders Washington with Clarkston within 2 miles. In addition, we are a 40 minute drive from University of Idaho and Washington State University and an 1:45 drive from Spokane, Washington. Things to keep in mind if you choose this location are: the shower is small, it’s a basement shower so makes sense, I had no issues because I am short (5’4”) and average size, if you are any taller or have more curves than me you will struggle. As a basement rental the hosts are upstairs and you do hear them walking around and talking upstairs which means they would likely hear you as well, not a big deal if you don’t plan to spend a lot of time in the rental but if you are a light sleeper you may want to bring ear plugs because the neighborhood dogs are also awake early in the mornings l. These are not issues I had but definitely things to keep in mind if looking at this space. ##### Sara g.
