The only thing not easy for us 4 was the 2nd bathroom is in the basement with steep stairs. We are all retired the couple with us she had two knee replacements and I am a disabled Vet with injuries to both legs and back so I had to go up and down the stairs. For other people maybe not a problem. Maybe put that in your listing and also I should have asked. Otherwise a wonderful little duplex. ##### Richard S.
