The Baycation home has it all. The space Arrive to the Baycation home by either Car, ATV or watercraft. You have Access to 6 + parking places, your own Private Dock and Boat-Launch with access to the Notre-Dame Bay The home is located in the middle of the Beautiful town of Lewisporte, and it's close to one of the Largest Marina's in Atlantic Canada. There is Access to the home from the Cross-Newfoundland Railway (ATV/Snowmobile Trail) One-minute walk from the local grocery store Pleasantview Manor is just up the street Three-minute walk from the local Liqour store/gas station Outside you can enjoy a night by the water while you roast marshmallows over an open fire, or you can relax in the 8 person hottub which also overlooks Notre-Dame Bay. It didn't have a guest streaming service- it kept prompting me to log in on my own subscription.there were no blinds on the master bedroom patio doors so there was no way to block out the sunrise. It was listed as a 4 bedroom, but 2 rooms were locked, so I couldn't even change rooms to get away from the blinding sunrise. to sleep in. If they are locking bedrooms that they don't want you using, then the price should be lowered to the price per room. ##### Chris S.
