The dogs loved the fenced in side yard and I appreciated I could park my car and not move it all day. Walking distance to main attractions and about a 15-20 min walk to the beach. As others had said the driveway is very narrow and with parking on both sides of the street I could not get my Grand Cherokee L into the driveway.
