Filomena & Rich are available to contact during your stay and are available to make your stay a 5 star experience, the "FRB Rentals Experience" Parking: Large open parking, no named spots, never never an issue with multiple cars. There is a bus stop nearby to take you to so many areas if you don't want to drive. BUT you are in WALKING distance to so many amenities including 6 restaurants, one grocery store, 2 Spas, 2 Pharmacies, multiple community pools, a playground next door, a park, tennis / pickleball courts, walking/biking paths and a few bars! Our daughter loved the playground right across the street, she was able to ride her bike all around the neighborhood. We loved walking to eat at a few places and the drive to the beach was short! Turnaround time was within the hour or less for every question we had. Very clean and easy to park, access, and get around. Pool options were close by and facilities there were clean as well. Close to grocery store, walk to great restaurant, short drive to Rehobeth, and even shorter drive to Lewes which was a new place to explore for me and I loved it's nature parks, bike trails, beach, and ferry. It is conveniently located within walking distance of the Weis shopping center and restaurants, and there's even a bakery close by!! The apartment is beautiful and the hosts provided us with many great amenities, like coffee and shampoo/conditioner/shower soap. It was super clean and the hosts thought of everything to make your stay fantastic. I will definitely be a repeat visitor. The area is super nice and so close to everything. There are 2 pools and the community has 2 very nice restaurants. The community also has tennis courts. I could not have asked for a better place.
