There is a bus stop nearby to take you to so many areas if you don't want to drive. We chose it because it is pet friendly. I was able to walk my dog every day on the trail that surrounds the neighborhood and also did a 5 mile walk on the Georgetown- Lewes trail which was a really nice walk through some historic parts of the area. I watched a movie on my laptop and read a book on the patio to relax. My 3 year old niece was able to walk right across the street to use the playground which was convenient. The pool opened the day we left so we didn't get to try that. The condo has everything you could possibly need and everything is nicely decorated and in good condition, down to a rack with multiple kinds of spices, all the laundry essentials, towels, a business area with a desk and printer, etc. We had no issues at all and would definitely visit again! ##### C. This rental was a perfect for a family gathering weekend. We had many family members in town for the weekend and our beach house was going to be crowded. We rented this property for us and another couple. It was the perfect place to escape to for some peace and quiet. Easy to get to many amenities, including the bike path and the Lewes Dart terminal which we used to avoid traffic going into Rehoboth. The property was exactly how it was described and the owners communicated clearly and answered all questions. We hope to rent again from Fil and Rich. ##### rick l.
