COVID-19 CLEANING AND SANITIZING PROCEDURES
We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow CDC approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using “Purell Multi- Surface Disinfectant Spray” and other Approved products. This includes counter tops, frequently touched items like door knobs, light switches and remote controls. Purell disinfectant spray is advertised to Kill 99% of germs and viruses and is safe to use on food surfaces as well as well as other hard and soft surfaces such as linens. We have put these extra measures in place to allow you comfort and peace of mind during your stay in our homes.The gourmet kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, dishwasher, disposal, through the door ice maker and water and natural gas stove and oven. The amenities include a several pools including a water park with large water slide and pirate boat fountains and an adult infinity pool, tennis courts, pickle ball, fitness gym, restaurant, swim-up bar, clubhouse and more. NEW FOR 2019: A wonderful indoor pool w lap lanes and an incredible HOT TUB!!You’ll also love strolling along the 3 miles of wooded walking trails. RECREATIONAL PASSES: Recreational Passes are needed to utilize the resort amenities. You don't have to purchase any passes if you don't want to - purchase only for those who'll be using the amenities. Recreational Passes during 2022-2023 are $95\. per person for a weekly (Sun-Fri) pass or $25 for each daily pass. Children under 5 are free. Saturdays are "homeowner only days" and renters may not use the clubhouse or pools on Saturdays. >COASTAL CLUB RESORT: Imagine vacationing in a community so rich with amenities that you never want to leave! #### Summer vacation at Coastal Club
Great stay to kick off summer 2025\. Owner was very helpful. House is beautiful, huge. Very easy to get in/out of Lewes and Rehoboth. Community pool and clubhouse was a lot of fun as well.

#### Huge house, great community and pool
The pictures don't fully show how big the house is. The community is quite and safe - nice for a family to stroll at night. The community pool, while extra, is certainly worth a day pass or two when on vacation. Communication, check-in/out were easy. The house has upscale appliances and everything (pots, pans, plates, etc.) you need to make dinners at home for a family. A huge natural gas grill was also nice to use. Travel to grocery stores/restaurants/beaches was easy.

The house was bigger than expected and even better than the pictures showed. It sits in this beautiful picturesque neighborhood with friendly neighbors that wave every time you pass. The clubhouse is fun and provides plenty of entertainment without having to leave the neighborhood.

#### Perfect House Perfect vacation!
The house was amazing and everything was perfect. All the rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable furniture. The hot tub was a nice bonus for relaxing after hanging out at the beach or chilling at the pool all day. The property owner always responded quickly and was pleasant to deal with. Rehoboth beach is a quick 15 minute drive in and out with plenty of parking. Also, plenty of linens, blankets and towels were provided. Perfect house perfect vacation.
