New Twin Vacation Home located at Coastal Club in Lewes, Delaware. This is Truly a Special Place to spend a vacation!

NEW 5BR at Coastal Club has 5 BR, 2 MBR suites, 3 full baths and sleeps up to 12 including the queen sleeper sofa in the loft !! Clothes washer and dryer in home for your use.

There are 3 full bathrooms and 1 half-bath.
Bathroom Locations:  1) Half Bath - Main Floor - In Hallway between Entrance, Bedroom #5 and Kitchen. 2) Master Bath 1 - Main Floor - Master Bedroom #1, 3) Master Bath 2 - Top Floor - Master Bedroom #2, 4) Main Bath - Top Floor - In Hallway between Bedrooms #3, #4, and Common Loft Area.

The Coastal Club Community limits the number of passenger vehicles that each home can park on the street to two (2) vehicles.  You will find two (2) Coastal Club Parking Placards in your home upon your arrival.  A Coastal Club Parking Placard must be displayed on the mirror or dashboard of each vehicle that is parked on the street during your stay.  

Please prioritize the usage of the garage and driveway parking to reduce the number of cars parked on the street.

Linens Package Option: 
Pillows, comforters, and mattress covers are provided in the home.  However, bed sheets, pillowcases and bath towels are NOT automatically included.  For your convenience, Bethany Beach Home Rentals offers an optional Home Linens Package. The Linens Package is specific to your home and will include bath towels, bed sheets, and bathmats delivered to your home prior to your arrival. 

The Linens Package includes the following items:

1 Deluxe Towel Set per Person based on the Property`s Maximum Overnight Occupancy

Set Includes: 1-Deluxe 54x27 Bath Towel, 1-30x16 Hand Towel and 1-12x12 Washcloth

1 High Quality Deep Pocket Fitted Bed Sheet Set per Bed based on the Property`s Bed Count  

Set Includes: 1 high quality fitted bottom and flat top sheets.  1 pillowcase for singles, 2 pillowcases for doubles and queens, and 2 king pillowcases for king sets

1 Bathmat per Full Bathroom based on the properties Full Bathroom Count
FREE Delivery and Pickup
All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival.  You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.  For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation. 
Rental Guests can also choose to bring or rent their own linens.

Lighthouse Club Amenities Passes
The Lighthouse Club Amenities Pass is an additional fee that is separate from your reservation and should be reserved prior to your arrival to avoid a late fee during the Summer Season. The purchase of amenities passes is not required to stay in the Coastal Club Community.  Only purchase passes for those in your group that plan to use the amenities.  Children under the age of 5 are free when accompanied by an adult who has purchased a pass. The Lighthouse Club Amenities include access to the Clubhouse, Children Playroom, Indoor Bar and Dinning Area, Fitness Center, Yoga Room, Indoor Pool, Outdoor Tennis/Pickleball Courts and Bocce Ball Courts.  During the Summer Season the amenities also include access to the Leisure Pool with Swim-Up Bar, Splash Pool with Water Slide, and the Upper Deck Bar and Restaurant.   Club Amenities are not available to renters on Saturdays until 4:00pm during the Summer Season. Coastal Club Community
Coastal Club is an extraordinary community that is rich with amenities.  Situated around a 42-acre nature preserve with 5-acre pond, bordered by rolling woods and offering amenities unlike any other community in the Lewes and Rehoboth Area. Coastal Club puts you moments from the beach and close to everything you love about beach life. You can easily head over to Rehoboth Beach for the day, or enjoy fishing on the waterways and ocean. You can also explore Cape Henlopen State Park or head over to nearby Route 1 for the area’s best shopping. You can enjoy a meal in Historic Downtown Lewes at one of the eateries that include Agave Restaurant, Lewes Oyster House, Striper Bites, Bramble & Brine and Touch of Italy and many more.

Beaches Nearby
Less than 5 miles to Downtown Lewes, 6 miles to Lewes Beach, 7 miles to Cape Henlopen State Park and Beaches and 8 miles to Rehoboth Beach.  Take the beach shuttle that leaves 1 mile from Coastal Club with free parking and travels to the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk - it has its own travel lane on Rte 1 so it zooms past traffic.

Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest.  However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.

Outdoor Monitoring
The home may have an outdoor and/or garage security camera and/or video doorbell installed outside of the living space.  These monitoring devices are for security purposes only.

Our stay at Coastal Club was amazing! The house was beautiful, had everything you could need and was pristine both inside and out! The amenities were amazing- our grandchildren adored all the pools as did we! The people at coastal club were friendly and helpful and the people at Bethany beach especially Steve were awesome- great communication ! We will definitely come back- 5 plus stars! Thank you for an awesome week!

First time but won’t be the last!

This property was beyond expectations! When we arrived, it was clean and absolutely beautiful. Our family included 6 adults and 3 kids. There was plenty of room for everyone! My 3 year old grandson was obsessed with the “soccer game” (Foosball table) that was upstairs. It was his favorite hang out spot. The location was perfect. Not far from shopping or the beaches but in a super quiet area where we were able to relax. The three different pools at the clubhouse were awesome! We spent countless afternoons at the splash pad! Even on rainy days we were able to have a great time in the house. The kitchen was huge so all of us could be in the kitchen or living room comfortably. It was definitely a vacation house to remember and one we will hopefully be back to soon!

Great location!

Our family has a wonderful time .There was plenty of room for everyone . The property was in a great location. We could get to beach/boardwalk in less than 20 mins. The property also has plenty of activities on site. We will be returning !

The house was very nice and with the loft made for a very open and family friendly location. Advertising a 5 bedroom house and then discovering that one room was just a sofa bed (uncomfortable for any one besides a kid) was disappointing. When we got home I did look at the details and in the physical description it shows a queen bed but in the small print it does list it as a queen sleeper sofa. It made for some bed swapping to be worked out upon arrival. Packing up and driving to the beach was just a short car ride and parking at the public beach in Lewes was never an issue. It was inconvenient in this house that the owners had their two large SUV’s parked in the garage which made for limited space to store things and no openers to use during our stay. The only reason I will not rebook this house or any others in this lovely community is due to the expensive fee that is charged per person to use the pools. It is not mandatory, of course, but is something that we all enjoy during vacation. Obviously these are all first world problems but I plan way ahead and like things to be as comfortable and convenient as possible.

Great home! Spacious and comfortable! Everyone loved the area! We had a wonderful vacation! The only drawback was the pricey community center...just too much to ask after paying a premium price for the stay...should consider comping kids or something
