We offer a warm welcome to all our guests from around the world. Our lovely new self catering holiday home comprises of architecturally vaulted ceilings in the lounge, and the spacious double bedroom (king sized bed) with en-suite shower room, kitchen and dining area, free wifi and parking. Large TVs in both lounge and bedroom, Sky, DVD and IPod system in lounge. 2 USB connections. Underfloor heating. Well appointed fully equipped new kitchen with full size fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, electric, washing machine. All items including kitchen appliances are brand new. A complimentary Welcome Pack of tea, coffee, sugar, and many extras provided. Bathroom with walk-in power shower, wc and basin. Towels and linen supplied. The sunny patio terraced area is accessed through full length doors for the bedroom and is a perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine. The property offers off road parking. Newick has three popular public houses with restaurants, a coffee shop, and an excellent Tandoori restaurant. Also convenience stores, hairdressers, butcher, baker shop and Off licence all in walking distance. Two local garage/fuel stations with supporting supermarket within 2/3 miles. More excellent pubs and restaurants just a few miles away. Lots of rural country walks in surrounding area. Nearby Area amenities: Sheffield Park Barcombe Mills The Anchor Inn (on the River Ouse) with Seasonal boating Bluebell Railway Wakehurst Place Glyndebourne Opera House Brighton Lewes Bentley Wild Fowl and Car Museum Newick Bonfire Display and parade (usually the Saturday before 5 November). Great 55 min connection to London from Haywards Heath station 15 mins away. Lewes area Just 17 minutes north of Lewes, one of two towns wholly in the South Downs National Park. The town is very popular with its own castle and also there is Anne of Cleve's House. It also features the famous Cliffe High Street. The South Downs Way passes next to the town and a short distance further south is the Seven Sisters Country Park. To the north is Sheffield Park Gardens and the Bluebell Railway.
