Great layout with living, kitchen and dining on the first floor. The two bedrooms are on the second floor. Dog Friendly with non-refundable fee and signed addendum (1 dog allowed unless previous approval from owner) Ask your agent for details All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00\. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO. The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. The house was ready, but you can tell the cleaners probably do a swift clean of the toilets and not much else. We ended up sanitizing the essential areas on our own on arrival just to be sure. The king bed wasn't fabulous but the other beds were comfortable. Unfortunately we immediately lost use of one shower due to a huge leak which meant we all had to share the other one.
