Great layout with living, kitchen and dining on the first floor. The two bedrooms are on the second floor. Dog Friendly with non-refundable fee and signed addendum (1 dog allowed unless previous approval from owner) Ask your agent for details All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00\. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO. The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were two full bathrooms upstairs. On Monday the step in shower pipes broke and water dripped through the ceiling in the powder room below causing part of the dry wall to fall onto the floor. My friends were unable to used their shower for the rest of the week. It was difficult for my one handicapped friend to used the tub shower. One reason why I chose this property was because it had a walk in shower. I was compensated 20% of the rental portion for my inconvenience. However, I don't feel that this was enough. Furthermore, the floors were very dirty. They're were two dust bunnies on the floor in the master bedroom, thick dust under the bench at the bottom of the king bed, a lot of dust behind the living room recliner. Finally, the slip covers on the couch were very messy and stained. The king mattress was too soft causing me not to sleep well. ##### Claudia C.
