As a guest in the Villages of Five Points, you'll have access to fantastic community amenities, including a refreshing swimming pool and well-maintained tennis courts. Two parking spaces are also available for your ease. Owner has beach chairs and umbrellas too! The Villages of Five Points offers a vibrant community and a convenient location. You'll be near a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The beach and boardwalk are just a short drive away, perfect for enjoying the sun and sea. With easy access to major roadways, exploring the surrounding area is a breeze. Pets are not permitted at this property Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00\.
