Nice hotel, poor experience with service

When I ordered room service the guy who brought it up pointed to the bill and told me where to include the tip. When I said I thought the tip was included in the bill he said I still had to write it in. So I did, and ended up tipping him twice. Nice little scam there. The following morning my breakfast arrived late and the order was incorrect, and again the server tried to get me to double tip. When I complained while checking out the clerk told me that if I wanted my order fixed and wanted my double tip back I’d have to go to restaurant and complain to them. I was already late because of the breakfast delay so I didn’t have time for that, so it was left unresolved. It was only a few bucks, but I still feel like I was ripped off. The least they could have done was comp the late, incorrect order instead of demanding my credit card. I won’t stay here again.

Love this hotel

Great value for low cost. A truly 5 star hotel. This is our 2nd time at this hotel and we will continue to go back. Clean and comfortable, outside hot tub, restaurants near by (walking distance) and great staff.

Short stay , very pleasant , quiet , clean and comfy ... wish we had more time to experience the pool with section going outdoor when it was -20 Celsius .. maybe next time

It’s convient to high way,but not Four stars hotel

Dispointed anyways. The facilities are simple and not convenient for work at room. We paid a few days without asking clean room for considering low cost and easy for the hotel. But when we forgot a charger in the room, we were asked to pay $10 to mail it!

Nice hotel but could be updated

The staff were wonderful, but the room was a bit outdated. I felt like I was staying in a heavily used Las Vegas hotel. It definitely has a convention center feel. The towels were what I can only describe as "crisp." Everyrhing was clean but it looked well worn. It had a bizarre slot inside the door which required insertion of a room key in order to activate the lights. The restaurant served great food and was super busy. The bar was cool and funky.

Levis hotel - needs some breaking in still :)

This is my go-to hotel in Quebec City. New, clean and easy access from highway 20. Avoid the stress of the bridges into QC! The area is brand new and lacking soul. The staff are ok, but there's no feeling of welcome there. Just a modern box with a decent café (Van Houtte) across the road. The guy working there should be hired by this hotel to teach them about service - he's awesome. Breakfast was good and sleep quality very good. It's also easy to access the bike paths from the hotel, which is a good thing for me.
