Close to beaches, restaurants, bar and café, pizzeria, bike rental shop. A few steps from the central square (Piazza Cavour). Easy to reach by train, perfect to visit Cinque Terre: 600 meters from Levanto train station Two double bedrooms. Equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Free Wi-Fi. On the first floor (without elevator; quite steep internal staircase). The apartment does not have private parking. Upon request, we can provide you with a Parking Pass that costs 5 euros per day. This ticket allows you to park in all the paid parking lots in Levanto without having to pay the hourly rate at the parking meters. Important: this ticket is not a private parking. It allows free parking in the blue parking lots of the town, with the exception of the parking lot above the beach, where it is not completely free but there is a reduced hourly rate. Important notes: \- Check-in time: after 16:00; Check-out time: before 10:00\. This timetable is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the apartment. \- upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law. \- upon check-in, guests have to pay a tax of 1,5€ per person per day, only for the first 3 days and only for guests over 14 years old. Tourist information: Levanto is the perfect starting point for visiting the Cinque Terre, by train, by boat and by paths. The town is a traditional Ligurian sea village with its typical beaches, surroundings, inland and sightseeing. It is a slow city where quality of life and food are high, making it an ideal place for families. Its sandy beaches, perfect to enjoying holidays, are easy to reach on foot. Some of these are free and others are well-equipped establishments.
