Two bedrooms, a bright living area with an open-plan kitchen, and plenty of space to breathe fresh air create the ideal base for relaxing days in the mountains. The highlight: the large, ground-level terrace with an adjoining garden, sun loungers, a barbecue area, and unobstructed views of the Leutasch mountains. Here, clean architecture meets alpine coziness. Inside and out, you can feel the attention to detail: Tyrolean barn wood, natural stone, and high-quality materials run like a common thread throughout the entire house. The surroundings also make everything easy outside: walking trails start right behind the house, the nearest bakery is within walking distance, and the cross-country ski trail is less than two minutes away. Those who prefer peace and quiet should stay here. Those looking for more can quickly reach Seefeld. Cross-country ski trails, winter hiking trails, bike routes, and walking paths are right on the doorstep. Those who want to ski have the choice here, and even without a car, you can stay mobile: The nearest bus stop is within walking distance. From there, it's just a few minutes to Seefeld, the train station, supermarkets, restaurants, or the ski resorts. There are a variety of options here in every season: In summer, natural swimming lakes, alpine pastures, the Gaistal cycle path, and via ferratas beckon. In winter, more than 245 km of cross-country ski trails, toboggan runs, and winter hiking trails await. Cross-country ski trail maps are included with your booking. Parking is available directly in front of the house, is free, and video-monitored.
