"The property was not clean - needs a good deep clean as it was not good enough for a holiday rental. The basin in the bathroom was not draining - my husband pulled this apart and it was clogged with hair (yuck)! The double bed mattress was rock hard and had a sleepless night and sore hips. We went and bought a mattress topper the next day so we could sleep. There is not enough comfortable seating for 4 people (1 x 2seater lounge only). The TV is impossible to use. "Absolutely loved our stay on this beautiful farm. This place has everything you need for an incredible getaway. Well maintained property, very comfortable and plenty of entertainment. The views are unmatched, especially for sunrise. Our favourite thing to do was sit in the hot tub amidst the nature and take it all in. Thank you to Lindy who was super responsive and accommodating. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!"

"We enjoyed a 2 night escape from the city and were delighted with this gracious, fascinating hotel. The history of the Hydro and the beautifully updated interiors were an unexpected bonus, also, the charming bar with spectacular views. The delicious breakfasts, again with stunning views left us disappointed we had other plans for dinner. The staff were all friendly and professional and our room was well furnished and immaculate. We look forward to another stay."
