Located at 9 Myall Avenue, this cozy home offers the perfect retreat for couples, friends, or small families seeking relaxation. Enjoy a private garden for your morning coffee or evening wine. It's an ideal spot to unwind and explore just minutes from Leura Mall, local cafes, and stunning bushwalks. Experience the beauty and tranquility of Leura at our lovely home. We can host a maximum of 4 guests, It is a fantastic place to stay in Leura and features: \- First bedroom with a double bed \- second bedroom with 2 single beds \- 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine and toilet \- 1 living room with a sofa and a smart TV \- outdoor decking around the cottage with outdoor furniture \- 1 full-size kitchen including a fridge, a gas cooktop, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. \- 2 parking spots next to the building and also on the driveway \- There is an air conditioning unit in the living room, and fans are available in the bedrooms. \- Backyard is not available for guest use. \- Please note that the gas heater is available from April to September every year. \- There is a CCTV installed at the property and facing the main entrance. This house would be a perfect choice for families and friends to have a holiday or short break in Leura. House rules and Notice: Please be informed that due to council regulations and the proximity to the forest, open flames, BBQs, and any activities involving fire are strictly prohibited in this area. This is a critical safety measure to prevent the risk of bushfires and to ensure the safety of everyone in the community. Please do not enter the backyard. Kindly refrain from picking lemons from the lemon tree. Backyard Connected to a Forest: Guests are kindly asked not to enter the forest to avoid potential dangers such as wildlife or other hazards. Steps at the Entrance: There are three steps at the entrance, so please be cautious when going up or down to avoid tripping. \- There is a CCTV installed at the property and facing the main entrance. • We kindly request that you respect our property and leave it in a clean condition upon your departure. Please do not move any furniture, and report any damages that occur during your stay. • Please note that an additional cleaning fee may apply if the room is excessively dirty or messy upon checkout. • We kindly ask that you refrain from consuming strongly scented foods, such as durian or curry, inside the room. This helps us maintain a pleasant environment for all our guests. • Please maintain low noise levels between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and refrain from creating any disruptive noise. • Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $200 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for any evidence of smoking. • No parties or events on the premises. If such activities are reported during your stay, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, and a charge of $300 will apply for any evidence of such gatherings. • We kindly remind our guests that pets are not permitted in our guesthouse. This policy helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our visitors. • If you find yourself locked out and require assistance from the manager, a $100 fee will be applicable before 10 p.m. Please be aware that we cannot assist with key-related issues after 10 p.m. each day. • In case of a lost key, a $200 fee will be incurred for key replacement. • The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property. Any violations will result in immediate contact with the authorities. Violation of this rule will result in termination of your occupancy, eviction, and forfeiture of rental fees. • Please be aware that access to the facilities in the building cannot be guaranteed, as maintenance will be conducted occasionally. Nov 3, 2025 Liked: Communication, location Disliked: Cleanliness The property was not clean - needs a good deep clean as it was not good enough for a holiday rental. The basin in the bathroom was not draining - my husband pulled this apart and it was clogged with hair (yuck)! The double bed mattress was rock hard and had a sleepless night and sore hips. We went and bought a mattress topper the next day so we could sleep. There is not enough comfortable seating for 4 people (1 x 2seater lounge only). The TV is impossible to use. There was an awful smell on arrival that continued off and on throughout our stay. As paid accommodation this property is sub par. ##### Kate M.
