This level also features a convenient bathroom, a fully equipped laundry, and secure single-car garage.

Upstairs you’ll find the true sanctuary of Edelweiss. Two spacious bedrooms promise a restful night’s sleep, while a dedicated study with balcony provides the ideal spot for remote work or quiet reflection. The master bedroom offers comfort and style, and the second bedroom adds flexibility for families or friends. A second bathroom ensures privacy and convenience.
