Les Maisons de la Mer I Residence. Sleeps 6\. Beautiful, unique 34m² two-story T2+ Alcove villa on the seafront. On the ground floor, a renovated garage converted into a teenager's bedroom (two single beds) and a bathroom. Exterior stairs lead you to the first level: an alcove sleeping area (two single beds), a bedroom (one double bed), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. On the second floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen area, a cozy living room (sofa bed) facing west with Canigou view and an east with sea view! You can enjoy breathtaking sea views from the terrace. Public parking nearby.  
Amenities: TV, washing machine, large fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, garden furniture, and parasol.  
Pets not allowed, linens not provided, optional cleaning at an additional cost, and a deposit of €550 by bank imprint.
