Located in Leucate, this charming comfortable apartment is ideal for holidays with family or friends.  
With an area of 72 m², it has 3 bedrooms with several storage and can accommodate up to 7 people.

Located on the 2nd floor with an elevator, this beautiful and bright apartment includes:  
\- three bedrooms with three double beds and one single bed;  
\- a fully equipped kitchen;  
\- a functional bathroom;  
\- a dining area with a table and chairs;  
\- a comfortable lounge to relax after a day of walking;  
\- a large furnished terrace.   
  
You will particularly appreciate its practicality and calm.

Nestled in the heart of the maritime Corbières, in the Narbonnaise Regional Natural Park in the Mediterranean, the seaside resort of Leucate, labeled Blue Flag, has eight beaches, 18 kilometers of fine sand! Enough to make dream the followers of relaxation and nautical leisure...  
  
Paradise for lovers of sliding sports, Leucate and its small station with retro charm of La Franqui are real spots for the practice of kitesurfing, sand yachting, windsurfing, stand up paddle, but alsoflying, thanks to the Tramontane that blows more than 300 days a year...  
Leucate is also its typical village with a pretty lively square, its naturist district, and its vast marina, Port-Leucate, one of the largest marinas in Europe in the Mediterranean!  
  
It is also a privileged destination for nature walks, such as along the cliffs of Cap Leucate, along the beach of Coussoules classified Natura 2000, or along the banks of the pond of Salses-Leucate. To visit: the Maison de l'Étang, in the oyster farm, a space dedicated to the natural heritage of the Salses-Leucate pond.  
World Wind Festival of Leucate-La Franqui, which is held every year during the Easter holidays, offers in addition to its competitions of kitesurfing, windsurfing and stand up paddle, many demonstrations and animations!
