La Dune - Studio Port Leucate

La Dune is a beautiful 20 m² studio ideally located in Port-Leucate, a little corner of paradise between sea and pond, backing onto the Corbières Massif.
Completely renovated in 2019, the studio features a living room with 3-seater sofa bed and pull-out bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet, and a lovely sea-view terrace.
Free private parking. Baby facilities. Linen and towels extra.
Ideal for vacations with family or friends.

Très déçu

Les photos ne sont pas d'actualité store déchiré inutilisable. Salle d'eau exigüe et mauvais état. Rangements encombrés par divers objets. Canapé lit impossibilité de le transformer en canapé. Aucune communication avec le propriétaire.

La Dune "Hébergement très fortement déconseillé et un rapport qualité / prix très décevant 🙂 La terrasse avec vue sur le front de mer 🙁 Hygiène très limite Équipements : une petite table rabattable à l’intérieur pour 3 personnes mais pas 4 , une seule penderie très encombrée en partie inutilisable, absence de chaise pour la terrasse, store dysfonctionnel, pied de parasol inadapté, table extérieure trop petite et très fragile pour 4 personnes , plaque de cuisson rouillée avec puissance électrique trop faible ( disjoncte régulièrement ) , pas de climatisation efficace , absence de cafetière tassimo comme mentionné , wc collé à la douche ( non séparé comme indiqué) , fermeture de la porte non hermétique ( pas de précision sur la taille inadaptée à toute corpulence même moyenne ) absence de parking privé comme indiqué mais place de parking public , pas de réfrigérateur adapté à une famille de 4 , présence d’un néon à droite de l’évier mal fixé avec fil électrique apparent non conforme"

La Dune "Das Appartement war klein, aber wie beschrieben. Für uns zu zweit war es völlig ausreichend. Mit allem ausgestattet was man so benötigt. Die Klimaanlage hat uns über mittag sehr geholfen. Die Lage ist wirklich einzigartig. Wir haben es sehr genossen auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und beim Frühstück auf das Meer zu schauen und das Meeresrauchen zu hören. Bei unserem Aufenthalt vom 17.6.23 bis 01.07.23 war es sehr ruhig was wir sehr genossen haben. In 30 Meter gibt es leckeres Eis und ein nettes Restaurant. Die Gegend ist hervorragend geeignet für viele Unternehmungen ( Sightseeing /Wandern / Fahrrad fahren) und nicht zu vergessen die vielen Märkte. Ich komme sehr gerne mal wieder und kann es empfehlen"
