### Danse avec les vagues - Appt à 100m de la plage

The Cocoonr/BookandPay agency offers this charming 42 m² flat for rent, 100 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises a pretty 19 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Bed linen and towels included. We're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises  
\- 19 m² living room with double sofa bed and dining area  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, hob, etc.  
\- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190)  
\- Bedroom 2: single bed  
\- Shower room  
\- Separate WC  
\- Loggia with two armchairs and a TV  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.  
  
The flat is ideally located in Leucate, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market, etc.  
  
Activities such as beach volleyball, beach tennis and fitness sessions are organised on the beach, as well as tournaments run by professionals.  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's numbered parking space. There is also free parking 100 metres away.  
  
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:  
\- Nearest train station: Lafranqui station 15 km away, Rivesalte station 20 km away.  
\- Nearest airport: Perpignan airport, 25 km away  
\- Narbonne bus stop 5 minutes' walk away
