Great hidden gem with warm hospitality

What an amazing hidden gem in a serene location for those seeking relaxation and tranquility. A huge house with a few rooms with private shower/toilet. Thanks to Otto (not sure about the spelling) for his warm welcome and taking care of us. When staying here must visit Letympou tavern and the local winery Makarounas.

We had an excellent stay here, Otto and the team are so friendly and helpful - really they go above and beyond but in a way that feels very genuine. They were very happy to chat or give recommendations but were also very clear that if you preferred to be left alone then it was not a problem at all. There are several cats at the property, one of whom is desperately in love with visitors. If cats aren't your thing then you can exclude them but if cats are creatures that you enjoy then you can sit outside and have an instant companion purring away in your lap. The view from the property is also gorgeous and we enjoyed eating breakfast on the patio (with cat company) just taking in the scenery. The breakfast was excellent as well - the bread was delicious and freshly baked. The pool is also pleasant to swim in, extra deep at one end and shallow at the other. The trip into Paphos is approx 30 mins by car but the peace and personable service here is worth way more than you can get at any of the mega resort hotels. Just a couple of minutes drive away is the local Taverna which also serves great food for a very reasonable price. We really enjoyed our stay in the Annex and made good use of the drinkable water and fridge. Overall, I genuinely cannot believe how nice this was for the price. We will definitely stay here again but for longer next time!

A great place to stay.

Our stay from start to finish was perfect. Chris, Weni, Otto and Pascal went out of their way to make sure we had the best time possible. Attentive and helpful Without being intrusive. Chris was able to give us lots of information about the surrounding areas and places to go. We had a fabulous private dining experience with them , it was so good the first time we booked a second night 🙂 Otto’s hot sauce is a must to try if you like things a little spicy. The whole property was spotlessly clean and had a great atmosphere. The views are stunning. A great place to relax and recharge.Although only 20 mins into the main town of Paphos if you want a busier time. You must try the Letymvou tavern for great home cooked food too. Thank you

This is a very impressive property , beautifully appointed and immaculately clean . The foyer and marble staircases to the rooms are stunning . The room and bathroom were equally opulent . I arrived at 11 pm from the airport and Otto the host met me at the door and got me settled . He was constantly available with offers of help during my stay , I was extremely impressed. The price was more than reasonable Definitely return , no doubt
