### Dream Sicilian Villa

Villa Mare is a luxury villa with private pool situated near Taormina. Ideal retreat for those looking for a comfortable, relaxing stay, this property is surrounded by a wonderful garden with lawn and offers spacious terraces and a large swimming pool (m 8 x 21). This exclusive, newly built contemporary villa consists of a main house and an annex. Set on two levels, the manor house features bright, cosy interiors that with large glass doors open onto the garden and the surrounding landscape.  
  
On the ground floor it includes a living area with kitchen, a luxury suite with a double bed, in-room Jacuzzi tub and bathroom, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and a fourth bathroom with shower.  
  
The first floor, accessed through an external staircase, includes another living/dining room with kitchen, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom and a guest bathroom. In the annex there are two bedrooms with two bathrooms. The villa also has a wellness area with sauna and a treadmill and a number of other amenities, such as A/C, internet Wi-Fi, 8 TVs, satellite receiver, dryer, 2 washing machines, 2 dishwashers, safe and bbq. From Villa Greta can be reached in a few minutes’ drive Taormina’s evocative historic centre and the sea. In the vicinity can be reached the beaches of Fondachello and Giardini Naxos, the Etna’s Park, the Alcantara gorges, the fishing villages on the Cyclops Riviera, Catania and Syracuse.

First Floor (accessed from outside): living/dining room, kitchen, 1 double bedroom (king size bed) with en-suite shower, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom (toilet-washbasin). ANNEX Ground floor: 2 double bedrooms (not communicating) with bathroom-shower. Patio with pergola, garden.
