Good hotel

Pros: The spacious parking and the lobby
Location: Quite area far away from the busy streets
on business for one day I stayed one night in sandman hotel , check in was very quick , car parking is free. Had answers to all my queries. Nothing bad to say about the staff neither the facilities.

Pros: It was easy to find as we came into town.
Location: Direct route to main shopping area from hotel.
The room was clean, quiet and the bed comfortable. Easy check in and out. We didn't have breakfast as we had other plans. We would definitely stay there again.

The curtains, bedding, and lighting were all filthy, our toiletries were not restocked after the first night, I'd never recommend this hotel to anyone, and have no idea how it attained 3.5 stars. Hands down dirtiest hotel I've ever spent a night in. The front desk was "so kind" to give me a $10 Denny's card due to the poor condition of my room. Thankfully Hotels.com gave me a better credit towards my next stay through their website at a DIFFERENT hotel.

Not a so nice hotel

Pros: Dennys restaurant.
Cons: Put fresh linens, thoroughly clean and vacuum the room, and freshen it prior to guest arrival.
The entrance and back doors are hard to open. In times, like winter and guests are feeling cold, hotel doors should not be that hard to open. No signs that says push or pull the door handle to open the door. The room smells old, the pillows and pillow cases smell like they haven't washed.

WiFi cuts in and out and no remote for tv and fire alarm was beping battery low all night every thing ells good
