I have stayed there lots over the years. Worst stay ever room smelled musty. Found bug on bed. Heater to loud hardly slept the hole night.

Very Good

Pros: Liked how convenient it was and also that it more than met our expectations regarding comfort and cleanliness.
Cons: The staff that we encountered could have been friendlier and more helpful
Location: The hotel is handy to many fine restaurants and convince stores.
The hotel was easy to get to and the check in was very quick however we did feel the person at check in could have been more helpful. The room was very good, clean, comfortable and very quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel has an attached restaurant (Denny's) so it was great for dinner and breakfast.

Comfortable

Pros: Reasonable rates
Cons: Could use some updating- carpets looked very dusty once the curtains were pulled back! The chairs(burgundy cloth) need to be replaced- very worn.
Location: Right on Mayor Magrath Drive so it is eay to get anywhere from this location
My room was quite spacious and the beds are very comfortable. You can really hear the traffic / train noise when in a room facing north so maybe ask for a room facing south if you need a quieter room. I like the location as it is easy to get to any place in Lethbridge. There is also a Denny's Restaurant by the lobby which makes it easy to get something to eat 24 hours a day.

Staff unhelpful and rude. Wifi unreliable. Rooms were clean but very dated and small. Wouldn't stay here again.

Comfortable Hotel

I had a unfortunate stay at this hotel once where the mugs in the room where missed in the cleaning. It was unfortunate as I only noticed this on the morning of check out and it was a bad last impression. However I desicided to give this hotel a second chance based on the great staff and the fact that in all fairness the cleaning staff do have a hellofa hard job to do with limited time to do it in. Things happen. I can say the last two times I stayed, the little in room coffee maker and mugs were spotless. I can also say as always the staff at this hotel are genuinely a great bunch who do care and do work hard to make your stay a great one. Now if the ownership of this hotel would start some serious updates the great staff they have would have even more to work with.

Inexpensive accommodations

A pleasant stay however the coffee pot wasn't cleaned thoroughly, it had bits of oatmeal in it. The shower curtin had blood on the outside. Hmmmm? Makes me wonder why someone is using the coffee pot to heat food. There was no microwave in the room. You get what you pay for!

Business trip in Southern Ab.

Pros: The bar was nice, the staff was great.
Cons: Some maintenance in hallways, bathroom in the room and some of the lobby area could use some sprucing up and some updating.
Location: Located in downtown Lethbridge, lots of things to do in the area.
Overall, good experience, would stay here again. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. The bathroom was clean, but could have used a little maintenance with wall finishes and flooring.

Convenience is what sells this hotel.

Pros: The staff, especially the front desk, great bunch of people!
Cons: The windows must be updated. The cups must be changed out each time regardless, seriously it sets a very bad lasting impression in your guests minds.
The hotel its self is not too bad it easy for travelers on the Red Aroww to use, and over all it tries to be a better hotel. But, as hard as the staff try, and believe me they are awesome no complaints there. The hotel cannot escape the fact it's outdated and in need of physical updates. The elevators need a through mechanical servicing to start. But what really needs to be adressed first is the windows in the rooms, seriously single pane glass,?! and partially screwed shut old sliding doors. Noisy, noisy. Sounded like the road was outside my window and I was up a few floors. Rock hard bed and mix and match furniture didn't help either. But the one thing that management/owners can address ASAP is the fact that, although it's a great idea to have a in room little coffee maker. It is not a great idea to have coffee mugs that have clearly, clearly been used by the last guest and just been wiped out! That is just gross. It should be policy to always, always replace all cups with new ones EVERY guest check out. not just leave the old ones there if they appear to be clean. Nasty. So don't use the cups until you scrub them yourself, don't trust they are clean. I had lip slobber marks on the one in my room, and signs some had swished a rag on the other there was still grunge in the bottom. And I don't want to talk about the bath room ones. The good news is it's a safe building and the staff are great. And Denny's down stairs!

Average hotel.

Pros: Lots of parking
Cons: Heat on in room when guest arrives. Needs dusting
Location: Hospital near by
When we got to our hotel room the heat was turned off. We had to keep our coats on for a good hour and the floor in the bathroom was freezing.
