The place is run down, dirty and the beds are uncomfortable. The layout of the rooms is good with plenty of space, but not a place I will come back to without a refresh and some proper scrubbing!

Agent Geeta was giving a terrible check in due to the fact that she could not find my reservation she then said that we recommend dont book with expedia or third parties. Worst check in experience especially aftwr i prepaid for my room.

Our Property Management System had a maintenance update and due to this was not transferring any reservations from any of the websites that can reserve our hotel. I will definitely have a conversation with our staff to make the check in smoother.

We have updated our exterior lighting, added security cameras, all guest floors require secured access for guests only, and we continue to work with a local security provider for patrols in the the evening. A city the size of Lethbridge does have challenges with vagrancy. Our team always does it's best to approach all interactions with respect and kindness. Unfortunately we were there on a VERY busy weekend. The other rooms on the floor we were on had a bunch of teenage soccer players being loud! Also, the road noise at night was crazy!! If you wanted to fall asleep before midnight forget it.

Tried 2 different rooms the condition was filthy and had to go find a different motel room at 11pm at night it was just that disgusting. The front desk did agree to refund our money. There was an open condom wrapper among a lot of other things on the rug and the counters still had water imprints from cups left on counter. Just horrible :(

The accommodation is clean and the staff are very helpful. The building is old but newly renovated. While I would describe the property as average it works for anyone on a budget. There are two dining options onsite, one being Denny's and the other being the in hotel lounge.

First impressions are everything and it was terrible! Broken windows, dirty, rundown looking, garbage piled up and over flowing and people laying in the entrance smoking. All that before you even step inside, once inside it doesn’t get any better. Dirty floors, beat up elevator, damaged walls, torn carpet. Haven’t even been in the room yet! The room smelled and looks very tired, there was who knows what splattered on the wall and the bedside table, stains on the walls and floors, poorly repaired ceiling and walls, heat/ac unit hanging off the wall for dear life, grungy old looking bathroom with horrible water pressure. And to make it worse I booked on Expedia for $130 tax in and my sister booked right through the hotel for $100 and she got a welcome bag of goodie’s too. All in all not a good experience with the hotel or Expedia. Find somewhere else to stay! We would have, but we were running late.
