Reasonably priced hotel in a good location

Pros: Price and location
Cons: TVs are small and old.
Overall a very reasonably priced hotel in a good location in Lethbridge. Nothing fancy - but clean and comfortable. Only stayed one night but service of the front desk was excellent and good amenities near by. TVs are dated And need replacing but a good overall stay

A little worn out.

New taps in the shower did not allow a shower. Black mold on the grout.

Good location

It was the stop for Red Arrow Bus Lines and was so nice to simply walk through and go into the hotel; the front staff were great,both at check-in and check-out; and it is very nice to have a restaurant on the premises.

On the way to usa , That day had a wind storm warning we decide book this hotel to Expedia , after we check in 15 minutes ago I got a phone call from neighbod it is a fired happen next to my house is cause from wild fire windstorm ! After we heard on the news than we decide to come back home , we check out the reception won’t refund are money back !!! He said I lalready check in is been paid already paid ! Am vey not happy with this reception is no good !!! I will not go back tthere again !!!

I am sorry that you did not find your experience here at the Sandman pleasant. However you booked and paid through a third party site. We here at the hotel cannot refund money that we did not receive. Any booking directly with us, we would of released any hold we had on your card.

Better inside than out

Pros: Great value
Cons: The outside lobby are due for some repairs and cosmetic improvements.
The outside of the hotel and lobby could use a face lift but the room was clean and comfortable.

Currently undergoing renovations but they didn’t inconvenience us at all! The rooms are going Ron look great when finished and lobby is wonderful and staff are very friendly.

The hotel was very accommodating when I came in early and kept my luggage while I had coffee and waiting for my ride.
