I found the ground level room very dark, the bed was very uncomfortable with a big dip in the middle, and the heating cooling system was keeping the room very warm.. even when I turned on the AC Great staff but I likely won’t stay here again.

The hotel was in a convenient location to shopping mall, restaurants and the coulees. Excellent place to rest if you like walking. Relax in the hot tub after a long day of meetings or walking. Very convenient.

There was a hockey team that basically took over the pool area. The team was super loud and we could barely hear the tv. I phoned front desk to ask them to talk to the team to quiet down but they said that they wouldn’t do anything until 10. Couldn’t use the pool or hot tub , plus extremely noisy. I will not return. Very disappointed with the apathy/inaction from front desk

This was a quiet hotel with a wonderful ambiance due to its pool and hot tub being surrounded by real trees and plants. The in hotel Italian hotel was a great experience with good food. The hotel is easy to get to and parking in the front in ample. The only issue I seen was a random crushed Oreo beside the head board in our room and a butter knife beside the mini fridge. Other than that, very clean and very quiet. The pool view is wonderful and relaxing. I would stay here again.

I found the hotel to have a very strong smell of chlorine/chemical from the atrium pool area? that I found travelled into my room as well. Thank goodness the window could be opened.

Very nice atrium and super friendly & accommodating staff. Our room was nice and spacious, but could have needed a little more love. The breakfast in the atrium sounded so great, but what we got was a microwaved burrito and breakfast sandwich- which was about $25. For that quality-not fresh and not an actual full breakfast, I think it should be free. But overall great stay and cool pool/hot tub.

Property was lovely. Front desk staff were friendly welcoming and informative. The room was clean and inviting. Very comfortable beds. Enjoyed using the robes! Nice feature to have in the rooms. The pool could have been a bit warmer. And hot tub was small.

The room they gave me had not been cleaned so i had to move my belongings to a second room. When i tried to turn on the tv in the bedroom it did not work. They offered to move me to another room but in the meantime the maintenance man had gotten the tv working. I had my small dog with me and she found left over utensils on the floor behind the corner chair. Hopefully, she does not get sick. The room was overlooking the pool, which i guess would normally be good, but with my dog it is not cause she barks at the noise. Location is ok but the hotel is showing its age. For the price, plus extra pet fee - it is really not worth the price.

This hotel is a ‘refresh’ of the original Lethbridge Lodge. Rather than offering a ‘free’ breakfast the hotel offers a very limited menu of breakfast items that are normally offered on free breakfasts at other hotels for a fee of $8 to $10. Our room was a king club room. The sofa was comfortable but the bathroom was very small and climbing in and out of the soaking tub to have a shower was ver awkward and unsafe with no bars or handles to assist in this small space. The coffee machine had not been cleaned as old coffee pod (dried up) was still in the machine. Makes now wonder what else was missed. I would give this hotel a miss for the price

I booked last minute and had no trouble geting a room. The front desk clerk was so friendly and just fantastic. Ive stayed here before and i would stay again. I found the hotel is in a good safe location and my room was clean and quiet.

When I walked into my room the tv was on, thought nothing of it but when I tried to turn it off for the night the power button was broken. They new it wouldn’t turn off and just left a broken remote and tv in the room. Also food wasn’t cleared out of the fridge and was moldy from the last guest. Room type was nice and for how busy it was with teams and guests it was very quiet. Just the small attention to detail for the type of hotel wasn’t there.

The one and only thing I could remotely complain about and it’s a stretch to even complain about is the elevator is small and really slow. Honestly though this hotel is perfect
