"Our time at Abelana was the BEST! With all the friendship from John & Marge (and all the staff). It was most definitely not only the best South African Experience but also the best human experience with all the great times we spent there that made it so special. From the moment we were greeted at the reserve's gate and at the main lobby through our entire stay we encountered attention to every detail and a lovely care towards us. We wish only the best to all the staff and can't wait to go...

"Describtion on Expedia: 5 km from Phalaborwa gate (3min), after searching forever in this area I didn't find any camp or administration center. So I booked a room at Bushveld Terrace, which I can highly recommend! The staff helped me so much to find the Modjadji Camp contrary to the staff from Modjadji, who didn't even answer one of my 7 phone calls or tried to phone me back.!"

"We were here for nearly 5 weeks. The lodge lived up to all our expectations. Totally private and surrounded by the Kruger bushveld and were visited by 3 types of antelopes and other animals and many birds in the garden. The staff and owner were extremely accommodating and responded very quickly to any queries and offered very good advice on where to go and what to see. We didn't want to leave and will definitely return"

Great Family stay.
"All in all this was a great family trip. My only "complaint" is the staff were a little hard to find as we were just in the "off Season" so there was very little supervision around the pools and the super tube. Other than that no complaints at all. "
