Beautifully designed with the area made to look like you're wading on the edge of the beach, plus the view to the ocean is lovely. The rooms are nice, bathrooms are very nice. My only complaint is that housekeeping is TERRIBLE. We had our room cleaned ONCE in six days, after requesting service and being out of the room for six hours at a time each day. Also had to ask for more toilet paper, kleenex, and towels, which is really substandard for a hotel of otherwise high quality." The hotel need to ensure the food are hot or at least warm enough for consumption. Hotel staffs are not warm nor pleasant... forget trying to give cash tips because they don't appreciate it nor thank you for it. Well not only the hotel staffs, the whole city doesnt not have 'Thank you' in their vocabulary. Best food in the Hotel is MR JOHNs burger at the Oasis pool side. Overall it was nice but i expected better based on the price point paid. Also, when booking from expedia, you dont get what you paid for and displayed pictures are false advertisement. I paid for pool view and i will insert what view they gave me... never pay extra cos you never get what you paid for. 2 times i have been so angry but lessons learned. The only good thing is the beach but the chairs are dirty and worn. The rooms are awful and most a/c units don't operate properly. The bars are under staffed and you will wait in long lines for food and drinks at pool bar.
