"The hotel is beautiful, right on the water with several restaurants onsite. My only complaint is the service personal( front desk & bellmen)were not friendly or helpful, except for Sanjay at the mexican restaurant. She was wonderful. "

"Beautiful property. Our 1st room had a terrible smell but after two complaints, they were able to place us in a better room. Eat locally because the food at their restaurant is really expensive. "

"It’s an amazing resort. Love the ocean view suites. Very spacious & has a fully equipped kitchenette. Only downside is the walking up the hill but there’s a shuttle that can take you back & forth. "

"We loved how close everything was to the resort, lots of options for dining and fun excursions that were pretty close by. The resort was really nice and a great stretch of private beach. Most days it was pretty quiet, but some days we had people from cruise ships using the resort for the day. Met lot s of nice people. Plenty of amenities in the resort, so you don't have to venture out as much. Overall a great experience."

"The property is older but you can’t beat the location. I liked the hospitality and the attention the staff gave us. The rooms were very clean and the view was amazing. The vending machine was cheaper than the local stores along with the price for bottled water. The place does go out of the way to satisfy its customers. The local maintenance guy called a local woman who sells home made fresh Patties and they were awesome. We were treated like family. Literally on the boardwalk and accessible to...

"Didn’t like the rooms balcony doors will not close all the way and the last two days that we were there no hot water. One other front desk service representative was real rude to people, but outside of that the food was amazing and I enjoyed myself"

"The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. I liked that they offered a free ride to and from Magens Beach, although I wish that the time was a bit more flexible. The view of the harbor from my room was great. I was allowed to check in early because my room happens to be available and that was a plus. Overall, I enjoy my stay and I was treated well by the staff and local people. I will definitely visit again and give myself more time for the trip. I only stayed here a short weekend. "
