« We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. Leslie is a quaint town with lots of charm and the cottage was the perfect spot. We had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable provided in the cottage (coffee, toilet paper, paper towels). The bed was comfortable. The Roku TV was perfect for the rainy weather. The covered back porch and fenced in backyard made sitting outside nice. Amy was quick to answer any questions we had. Be sure to visit the Skylark to eat and the Little Shop on the Hill...

« We didn’t get the room we reserved due to no A/C. The desk clerk was high on something when trying to check in, could hardly understand her. Same way checking out. Observed her stumbling in the washer/dryer area. Room had live spiders in curtains, dead bugs in bathroom floor and hair on back of toilet tank. The whole property is very run down. »

« Even though I can sympathize with the limited amount of traffic through Clinton AR looking for overnights, this property could be stunning with some hard work. But that would require landscaping, cleaning the place up inside and out, providing the breakfast you advertised (but did not offer), pest control for ALL the sewer flies, fix the pool or fill it in, wash the bed covers or better yet replace, clean the carpets, and deep clean everything top to bottom. »
