The bedrooms are fresh and spacious providing an ultimate home from home comfort all set in an estate encompassing a splendid water-front position.  
The property accommodates up to 8-10 people: The main villa (350m²) sleeps 8 people in four large double bedrooms, fully air conditioned, and each with telephone, electronic safe and en-suite bathroom.  
  
The interior has been designed in a high quality Italian style with a tasteful lounge including relaxing sofas and an antique fireplace, a dining area, a spacious fully-equipped home-style kitchen and a private fitness room. Families will enjoy the upstairs gallery room with sitting area, junior billiard table, electronic piano and numerous games providing hours of fun for children. The villa hosts all modern comforts including satellite TV, DVD player, telephone and wireless internet.   
Extra notes-The villa offers Air conditioning, SKY satellite TV, DVD, iPod BOSE Sound Dock, WI-FI internet, safe, washing machine, dishwasher, fireplace and wood, fitness room, swimming pool (14 x 7m), garden with direct lake access, large parking areas.  
  
External large covered terrace area welcomes Al fresco dining with spectacular views over the lake.  
In addition to the main villa, an independent guest cottage (50 m²) hosts 2 single beds, a small kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. Ideal for travelling nannies or teenagers.  
  
This idyllic lakefront estate is a private paradise set within a large park (80,000 m²) extending to the shores of Lake Maggiore. Privacy, tranquillity and complete relaxation is guaranteed. The grounds offer direct lake access, a heated swimming pool, a private tennis court and a fabulous 9-hole golf course. Bikes, canoes, motorboat and a sailing dinghy are also available for guests use.

\## Interaction  
The property manager will assist you to organise waterskiing, sight-seeing trip, a private helicopter, sailing yacht (15m) or vintage wooden motorboat (12m). Private chefs and certified massage service are also available upon request.   
  
\## Neighborhood  
Peacefully located in the private residential area of Lesa, Piemnote. This villa is simply one of the finest holiday villas to be found on Lake Maggiore, Italy.  
  
\## Transit  
The private estate rests in an exclusive residential area in Piemonte, situated mid-way between Arona (7 km) and Stresa (10 km), an ideal location to explore the territory around Lake Maggiore. Stresa is the most popular tourist town of Lake Maggiore with its many shops, restaurants and a beautiful lakeside promenade. From there you can hop on any ferry and explore the lake, its magical islands and the natural beauty in both Italy and Switzerland. Easy day trips are possible to the cities of Milan, Locarno and Lugano, the famous Piedmont vineyards, the romantic Lake Orta and the nearby mountain valleys.

The friendly owners live in a second house in the same estate, approximately 50m from the villa. They are ready to meet every demand and to offer you the finest service while at the same time respecting your absolute privacy.

– Tennis court plus various tennis rackets and balls  
– Motor boat (40 Hp) without need of license (fuel excluded)

– Power boat (180 Hp) for water ski & wake board
