Penthouse surrounded by greenery, featuring a beautiful 80-square-meter terrace furnished with all amenities, including a dining table and chairs, sun loungers, and sofas. From here, you can admire the lake and the centuries-old park in which the apartment is located. The apartment offers a double bedroom, a comfortable sofa bed with a memory foam mattress, and a bathroom with a shower. It is also equipped with Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a 65-inch smart TV. The hot tub is available for use only from April to October.  
  
  
  
Your stay includes exclusive use of the private Jacuzzi with a view, which is heated and always ready for your relaxation. The use of the Jacuzzi is available for an extra fee to ensure you have an unforgettable experience. Upon entering the apartment, the bathroom with shower and washing machine is on the left, while the master bedroom with an attached walk-in closet is on the right. Continuing further, you enter the living room with an open kitchen, a dining table for four, and a double sofa bed with a memory foam mattress.  
  
  
  
The apartment boasts a wonderful terrace, furnished with sun loungers, a dining table, sofas, and a heated Jacuzzi. It is located within a complex surrounded by a centuries-old park, which guests can access to stroll or relax on benches.
